Now Accepting Applications!

PCHC has three scholarships for high school students graduating in 2023. One $500 and two $2,000 awards.

The two $2,000 awards are available to prospective graduating students from the high schools listed below. The $500 Audrey Simpkins Scholarship is open to all 2023 graduating seniors of current Portuguese Culture & Historical Center members.

  • Damien Memorial High School

  • Sacred Hearts Academy

  • Saint Louis High School

  • Waipahu High School



​​Second $2,000 award;

  • Aiea High School

  • Radford High School



$500 Audrey Simpkins Scholarship



In addition to an application, each student must submit a completed Portuguese Culture Pledge Form.



The deadline to apply is April 14, 2023.


The PCHC Scholarship Committee will review all application and notify the winning recipients.
